Information You Submit
A name or location entered in a search box is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Duval County Recent Arrests does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
If you send an email or contact message, we keep the information needed to answer. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Cookies help measure how visitors use the site. Browser controls can block them, although parts of the site may then work differently.

Outside Websites and Advertising
Links lead to JSO jail rosters, booking reports, Florida corrections resources, government portals, court systems, news pages, and outside search services. Each destination applies its own privacy policy after a visitor leaves this site.
Advertising providers may measure activity across websites to select ads. That processing occurs on their systems and under their policies.
Parties That May Receive Data
Personal information is not sold. Limited data may be provided to:
- Search partners that process a submitted query
- Analytics vendors that measure site use
- Advertising networks serving or measuring ads
- Law-enforcement or government bodies acting under a valid legal order
Security Practices
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No internet-connected service can promise perfect security or guarantee that a breach will never occur.
Visitors Under Eighteen
This site is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian may contact us to request deletion if a minor submitted information.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask for:
